Shipping policy

Pick-up from Sree Murugan Tile Works:

If you select the option to 'Pick up from Sree Murugan Tile Works', you have to collect the material at the factory and organize the shipping yourself. Contact us for details regarding competitive transport service providers.

Shipping By Road:

We will organise the transportation of the material by road in 2-4 working days to the location given by you in your order. Usual transit time applies. The address and PIN code has to be accurate and complete. If not, we reserve our right to amend the order as 'pick-up from factory'. Unloading has to be arranged by the customer at their own cost. If the vehicle is held for more than 4 hours for unloading, 10% of the shipping charge or Rs. 500 shall be chargeable per hour of delay.

General:

Prices are Ex-Works unless otherwise stated. Kindly check the material immediately on receipt of material, either at factory or from truck. Any discrepancy in item or quantity or any damage must be immediately brought to our notice. Any claim after delivery of materials will not be entertained.
